Life is a process and we best enjoy it
"along the way." (sorry 'bout that!) ;-)

I think the Universe just is. I don't presume to know who, how or what caused it to be "thrown out there" to evolve. Whenever I think of Earth, I think of Dr. Seuss' "Horton Hears a Who."

Joared--You must be from Whoville?!

43!

That's just me doing oneupmanship on Douglas Adams ;-)

Stu--How insulting that you would not assume that we would know the origin of "42". *harrumph!* I'm just sorry (more like chagrined) that I didn't think to put it at the end of the posting. It is now added. A tip-o-the-hat ta ya.

Hitchhikers' Guide to the GALAXY, please ;-)

Oops! Thanks for the (continuing) feedback, Stu.

My husband jokingly refers to 42 once in awhile. When I read your blog today though I thought what if the writer was actually into numerology in which case 42 would be 6 and 6 represents a loving and caring nature. Properly nicknamed the motherhood number, it is all about sacrificing, caring, healing, protecting. The downside of 6 can be overdoing the caring part but overall, it's not a bad number to represent ultimate meaning.

Stu - we love you....I play dominos! "42"!!!!!!!!!!!!!
